Schengen VISA expired
I would like to inquire as to whether we can apply Online our Schengen VISA. My Visa has expired in 2008 while assigned in Central Asia.
I am based in DRC-East, and shall have to take 3-UN planes to reach Kinshasa.
I was able to get the requirements needed while on Leave in Asia from the Cebu Consulate Office but due to time constraint could not send my application personally to Sapnish Embassy in Makati, Philippines.
I intend to visit Spain by April 2013.

Merci/Salamat/Gracias
