I cant et an appointment either. Its been 4 weeks now! been told I can only apply in Manchester or Edinburgh. They don't answer their phones at all. They gave me a premium number to ring where I spent 47 mins at 75p a minute only to be told to go back and look out for an appointmnet on the website. I have sent emails , my travelling date is approaching. I am pulling my hair out!!!! is there a Spanish Embassy/or consulate at all in the UK????!!!!!!!

I applied for my visas way before time and I haven't received my passport and I have no contact with them! They don't pick up and they aren't even replying to the emails. My flight is on Monday and I have no clue where my passport is! Any suggestions?

Hi I have appllied about 6 weeks before travel and now only one week left for travel and I have not yet received my passport and other documents back. I have not received a response on email or on phone. I am, v worried as everything has been booked for the holiday and I am still awaiting passports . Please can someone suggest what i should do ?
