Catalonia....
Dear Sir/Madam if your country (Spain) takes the action of attempting to replace the Catalan government or its civic leaders with what would ammount to a puppet regime from Madrid I think you will find that the Catalonian people will not stand alone.

I'm appalled by the scenes of State-sponsored violence I saw yesterday. I've no idea whether any laws were being broken -
but Spain aspires to be a civilised country - and in a civilised country you arrest people who break the law, not assault them.

Using the Spanish Embassy Going Foward
I will never use the Spanish Embassy ever again.
And neither will anyone else whom I can persuade not to.
Your Government setting the police on unarmed people trying to vote means I will now play my part in advising as many people as I possibly can not to support your tourist industry.
I am sure that my money will be better spent in Barcelona, once it's out....and I trust that the Government there will be more civilized

Visa
I was very impressed with the efficiency from the staff at the Spanish Consulate. I had all the relevant documents, the staff were very helpful and polite. The service was amazing. I would say a big thank you to all the staff for the excellent service.

The most shocking and awful embassy ever!
To find application forms in the website for this embassy is confusing, so many to pick from and not specific enough. The people in the consulate are the most racist and disgusting people i have ever met except for the security guy. I experienced the most unpleasant customer service in my whole life and the embassy itself made me never want to go to Spain for a Holiday again. This embassy should not even exist for the way the staff has treated people, it is such an embarrassment to Spain!!
