We had a visa application appointment in Edinburgh and in preparation we emailed the consulate several times for help. We received inadequate replies. We only discovered that they had changed the criteria at the appointment as the consulates guidance is not very clear either. This office needs to be investigated as the staff appear to have a problem with doing their jobs.
I have received treatment from an employee at the consulate in Edinburgh and want to complain in the strongest terms . My granddaughter and I were forced to wait outside the door to conduct her business. I was standing with her and was told to stand in the street or he would shut the door in our faces. I have never been treated with such disrespect. This man is arrogant and imperious with no right to be so.. His behaviour is utterly unacceptable. There are other ways to behave.
Please give definitive documentation required for flying from Scotland to Corvera (Murcia International), picking up a car, driving back to England via ferry from Santander, then driving onwards, back to Scotland..
I have had both jabs and certificate of proof.
I also have my Spanish residencia.
I need a swift accurate answer please as I’m making the journey next week!
