Comments on this High Commission
Am a South African refuge l lost my passport and l was arrested in the Namibian border and l have paid the money they wanted in court. They can not let me go because l don't have a travel document by the immigration offices. Can the Embassy as help me l have been in the holding cells for 2 weeks.Thank you in advance.
The services is just plain horrible, no one care to help or assist in any calls.. Why do you set so many laws and regulations in place for people to follow when you do not even have the capacity or competence to assist anyone trying to follow these regulations? The services is so useless, it really reflects bad on Namibia.
For the past 2 weeks have been calling the office 061 2057111 but no answer after the voice transfer. If the number has changed please enlighten your clients.
I live outside Windhoek and need to apply for a VISA and yet you not answering calls.. this office is to High for such poor service.
i dnt even think anyone at the embassy reads this, but let me give my share.
your service is horrific! you do not answer calls, you keep sending people back with the wrong information you give. It took my fiance almost 7 weeks only to get his application submitted. NOW ITS SIX WEEKS LATER AND NO VISA the application notification state 5 weeks!!!!
reading through all the other messages, i wonder how long will he still have to wait, in case you dnt understand you this is real people trying to follow the correct procedures!!!
I am trying to hone your office but no is answering I just want to find out if my passport have came
my mother in law is arrested a the Namibian border, she was on her way back to south africa for a funeral when she got at the border she was told that her visa expired on feb 2016.what needs to be done for her to pass the border?
i am a Zimbabwean citizen living in Zimbabwe but qualifeied. I want to know the requirements of getting a work permit to work in Namibia and the necessary channels as well
So unfair and rude!!!
Namibians can go to the Philippines for free and stay for 30 days with out a tourist visa.
Philippinos on the other hand have to apply and wait for a week, after supplying three months bank statements, filling in forms and paying hundreds of Rands.
Please assist.
