Need Assistant Urgent
Good day my son had to travel to Cape Town for a court case, He can't travel to Cape Town because he did overstay in South Africa and with his return back to Namibia they put a hold on his passport for 5 years, the court case is the 16th of this month, it is very urgent he must be in court. Please assist us with it

why do you advertise a number that nobody answers
what is the point of having an embassy where nobody is willing to do anything to help a south African
this is really bad service and even if you go there the staff have no interest in helping you

I sent my application on the 20th of March 2017 and I haven't gotten a reply since. I tried calling but the line is down, or at least that's what I assume. I sent my original passport to them but I haven't gotten anything back and I urgently need to travel out of the country. Now I'm forced to make a new one and declare the other one lost/stolen.
If services could only improve

Shameful Service
I have been trying to get hold of the South African Embassy for the past to weeks through their telephone to no avail. Even their after hours number goes unanswered. The past experience with the staff at the inquiry counter is way too bad for one to think of travelling just for inquiry purposes.
Please provide a number that is available.
