I stil have an Southwest African(Walvis Bay) birth certificate, is it still possible to switch citizenship (to South African) or have dual.

Hello, I applied to go to South AFrica since 3rd of January 2011, and I am to depart from Windhoek 22nd January, but till date I am yet to get my passport back and several e-mails to your office were not replied and your phone not picked.

I Godhard Spiegel have lost my passport in CapeTown now i have applyed for a Namibian Passport in Windhoek can i also submit the passport at your office for the study permit to be put in or must i do it her in Cape Town i am currently her in Cape Town busy with examination. Just a small question:
I have a Namibian passport and it will expire on the 19 July 2011.
I want to travel to Johannesburg on the 3de of February 2011 and coming back to Windhoek on the 10th again.
Would I still be able to travel on that dates?
