Tickets from ARWYP Medical Centre
I am a Zambian who went to South Africa for treatment. I was treated at ARYWP Medical Centre on 3rd November 2017. I paid R 20,067.60 allocated to ARYWP Medical centre with receipt number 126206 and also R 12,347.50 also paid to ARYWP Medical centre. The total money paid was R 32,415.10. After I was treated on 3rd November, I came back to Zambia on 5th November, 2017.
It is been a big problem for me to get the original receipts for the service they gave me. I was told the hospital was paid R 13,082.82, the laboratory was paid R 2262.80 and the doctors who did the surgery were paid R 10,000.It is now 4 months for me to get the original receipts for the service they gave me but still I have failed to get these receipts . I am asking you sir to assist me get these receipts so that the insurance company can pay me back.

Stamping of Passport
Good day, my mother, a permanent SA resident with Italian Passport, is travelling in Zambia and returns to SA on 3 March 2018. I note that her Italian Passport is not stamped with permanent resident status but she does have a letter with her. Can we have the passport endorsed in Zambia? Will she be able to re-enter SA with the letter?
