Judy, and anyone that has issues with Diana - Tall, dark lady with spectacles and embassy at large, the details of key people who have responded to my emails are below. The embassy falls under foreigne affairs and Mr. Kobese is their boss in S.A. I have given his email below.

I was shocked and appaled at the treatment I recieved from a tall dark lady at the high commision. She did not even wait to hear what I was saying. Surely one has to be relatively satisfied before leaving the counter. I am not asking that they circumvent the process but rather treat all people with some dignity. "Manners maketh the man"is something this woman has no clue of. Hoping that the High commision does something about this post as well as all the numerous complaints here. We cannot all not have a point.

Donald, the female is called Diana. I suggest you send email to the below addresses. Lately they have been declining visas for no reason. You are lucky they took your appeal. I order to discourage me, they refused to accept mine even after the Deputy Director General asked me to appeal.
After making a formal appeal lady Friday,I met a teller today who told me to consider the application unsuccessful if I haven't gotten a response by now...I am shocked because why is an appeal given a 14 day period for review.
Please review my appeal before acting in such an awkward manner.I am greatly disappointed at the treatment and indifference of the teller I spoke to.A dark,slender lady with spectacles.
I got an invitation showing the purpose of my trip and time line.The visa denial is an injustice...
