I received very good service from the light lady. I applied for my study visa with all requirements and it was ready in 4weeks. Didnt encounter any rude attitude. Infact she was very polite and very helpful. Am happy.
Was served by 'dark lady in specs' today. Teren..teren.. Was pleasantly surprised she is good at what she does

I think they are helpful in general but we like to argue with rules. Been there and was satisfied several times. Just go by their rules you will love them.

That old very light woman with spectacles is so annoying I'd rather the dark one in spectacles who is not sarcastic but real. Experienced both I tell you I can handle truths than being ridiculed at my age!
People...nowadays all permits are decided by Pretoria just have the heart to listen to bad news as they continue to be relayed to us by the "tellers" I got mine blah blah South Africa citizen to be recommended yet I had Labour certificate.
