Please answer tell us about this problem which had occured due to a website fraudulent which had been designed by Mudenge Barema in Kigali concerning medical practitoners.he did include people who had never completed their studies as medical practtitioner in Rwanda,National University of Rwanda.He even was found out omitting some names who had completed,we there ask such website to be out of use.
Your feedback must be sent to the Department of Health in South Africa,HPCSA(Health professions Council of South Africa) then the Department of Higher education and training in South Africa.

I would like the above(Elie Kiraga Mutunzi) to have his qualifications(Degree and matric) verified, then inform the HPCSA and the University of Limpopo,MEDUNSA Campus with the department of Health.

I am proposing the verification of all degrees which were obtained in South africa by some undergraduates or postgraduate students ,here, in South Africa.Most are working in Rwanda.As I was informed many forged such Degrees while they were unqualified to possess them.Most forged within courses they were doing but others did imagine to fake other degrees within courses they never attended.
An investigation is also required against all those mentioned above.

A protection had been applied in Pretoria Magistrate Court(Family Law) and I would like the order application to be done on behalf of the SDA Church/My Family in Rwanda/abroad about a certain Pastor Hesron R Byilingiro who I believe you might know well that He lived in South Africa and he pretended to have completed in Canada .He has never been in Canada.Is this allowed to a Pastor to tell lies to the population that he is a qualified person with a PhD Degree really?An investigation is required then.I sent a message through legal aid,South Africa.I am a son to a Pastor and I am allowe dto report such an incident I had been told by word of mouth.I would suggest Mr Hesron R Bylingiro to also report himself to have disturbed the public order some years ago while I had been living in Rydal Mount Building,Durban and shouting on me using voice prompts and to my knowledge he is supposed to resign.My Father is a consacrated Pastor and you must not try/attempt to attack any member of my family using malicious means(you and your wife Ndayizi).
What is my problem remains to know how do you feel when people from the Northern Province(abaGogwe/abakiga), they are very canning and always need problem in copying other people`s result slips(Musango Sumche Rutera,Elijah Mbuguje(scanning my fathers Degree in Theology,Hesron R Byilingiro in scanning/coping a PhD from my brother(Professor Dr Musafiri Karama) where he completed his studies alike the Degree he forged),Ngarambe Rutera(copying a Veterinary Degree from Lubumbashi due to the completion of my Elder brother)etc...

I am willing to inform the Rwandan Community and in South Africa that an incident occured recently due an illegal son to Mr Emile Nzabamwita whose mother is known as Mayungani.They met in Kinshasa where the son was born ,both were at university doing medicine but this course was unsuccessful for both till now.The Father is a constrution engineer but the mother is still a medical student who never completed medicine studies.
I reassure you that I also met her in Lubumbashi and the story might be long but no special relationship ever existed.
In conclusion,no such child to Emile Nzabamwita can jeopardise my whole family even though there is probality for DNA test to correspong since Nzabamwita(Emile) is a sibling to my father.His mother is a sister to my Grand-mother.But DNA tests can`t correspond to my mother.Which means that eclusion of my details from such allegation is required and I deny any future disturbances.
My mother/Father and relates must watch-out please and be careful .There is a risk of violent crimes.

I am therefore appealing to the public that some of travellers who are misinformed must make there own arrangements while visiting Rwanda.Due to many problems which occurred in previous months towards my family members(Father/mother and brothers/uncles),I am denying anyone to enter the premises of my parents in Rwanda without informing me.

You recall that he had stolen a passport bearing names of my father in Kigali while planning to travel to South africa for a visit and sickness check-up due to his condition which was going on deteriorating.
I need to recover such a document from an enemy who is Ruterahagusha also.
He will appear in court in Pretoria magistrate Court(family Law0 from today probably so you must also make a follow-up and inform the Government of Rwanda /My family abut the matter.
