their matter had been required to be expunged by the national Departmant of Justice/Ministry of Justice in Rwanda.
They are bantu of origin amd I am of hamitic of origin.This means yhat ,they must be sorted out their names by parents whi are alive but undocumented.
No one of my parent must be worried in Kigali.
In case of doubt,you can consult the Inspectorate in Marabastad Home Affairs office(Pretoria).

This is a reason for the delay in processing my UIF/WESBANK-Fairland fund in South Africa while those disturbing are undocumented within Home Affairs.
Most of their documents related to death/stillbirth are done /processed in prison,they might fraudulent or correct.Bogus doctors are many in South Africa but the immigration offices in their inspectorate can sort these people`s names or verify them easily.
The delay in forwarding those forms in connection of deaths? must be sent daily or weekly/monthly to the Home Affairs offices with fingerprints of undertakers/medical practitioners/deceased.The verification process can be then easy.
A fraudulent notice of death/stillbirth had been filled in using my details but on verification,you will find that my CID shows that I am with a live fingerprint on the system of Home Affairs.
You must ignore such acts of criminals like Maharaj/Mkhize.

Constitutional Court in Rwanda
REF:Matter between the State(represented by RPF) and Pastor Eliezer M Munyakarama(represented by Dr Muyango Emile Karama-living in South Africa).
This is to appeal against the judgement of previous court decisions which placed my father into detention/imprisonment due to unlawful reasons,no evidence of crime and due to political reasons while he is not a politician or an exxecutive committee member of the ruling party in Rwanda:Rwandan Patriotic Front(RPF).
My father had been a religious leader and very much commited to his work,competent and he had never been a rangor shame Pastor:Emeritus Reverend Pastor Eliezer M Munyakarama.
After a draft of new laws in Rwanda concerning political parties meetings,it came to my attention that he had been arrested while the law was`t yet effective within the constitution of the RPF.He became the first one to arrest or plot a coup against him while there were many who were not attending such meetings,which I do consider as to attend voluntarily only as in previous years-foundations in the early 1990s.He attended such a meetings for his manifestation only but due to many constraints,he couldn`t make it and attend more meetings.He made an effort since we lived in DR Congo-Zaire(Near Kamina) where no Rwandans could meet or get together and meetas you know.We were the only family in the surroundings.But on my side,Iattended meetings in Lubumbashi while still at University with many more youth(I was also like a cader).I am therefore allowing and asking my father to be liberated with immediate effect before any application of my motion of no confidence into President Paul Kagame being effective.I am still a commited member of the RPF.
As I had been told by word of mouth:
1.General Sam Kaka did assault my father unlawful.He must give reasons for such action being taken without explanation.His matters have been required to be expunged.
2.He had been entered his privacy and the members of the RPF knew about his accounts(bank),most of them became jealous including President Paul Kagame who found that my father is wealthier than him.Such reasons for detention are to be expunged by the Ministry of Justice in Rwanda.
3.The RPF or some of its members plotted against my father to allow a member of the Family to my mother:Mr/Advocate Dismas Thomas Karemangingo(Uncle) to occupy till undue time our private house which I am the owner also(with my father).it had been found that accounts are full of money coming from Lubumbashi,due to rental payments sent to my uncle`s account(Karemangingo).There had been an interference of a certain son in law to Karemangingo:Col,Gashugi also who is unrelated to us to my knowledge in such plot of an illegal occupation.This in fact has brought division among the family on my father`s side with the family on my mother`s side due to a certain cupidity/rangor from Advocate Karemangingo.He must arrange and sort his own accomodation also.
4.The continuous detention of my father had been explained to me as due to so many racketeering/false allegations towards my name(Mayungani Matter,Jolly Kaka matter,Grace Kobuhoro matter etc,,).
5.The robbery of his passport(by Former Pastor Theophas Ruterahagusha) from the South African Embassy in Rwanda had been also one reason for his detention but I had been asking for my father`s passport to be brought back to me or to Kigali with immediate effect.We are not "abagogwe" to be jeopardised.
6.A separation with the Family of karemangingo from my Family(Elizer Munyakarama) is aloowed and required.This had been confirmed by some means the Karemas due to unknown reasons ,but no ever depended on them(the Karemas).
I am therefore asking a motion of "no confidence" into the President Paul Kagame and his team in Rwanda who brought such a rigged law towards division in Rwanda.
An immediate release of my father:Emeritus Reverend Pastor Eliezer M Munyakarama is required and an amount of equivalent to his release can be paid by my restraint family/uncles(father`s side).

This is to inform you that as I had been informed by my family is that Mr Karemangingo family has been evacuated from my premises in Kigali due to have a tendancy of being cupid and for having all rentals of his four houses in Lubumbashi and one in Kigali on due time;but he has failed to get his own accomodation due to negligence.He`s got enough money and he must sort his accomodation personally without overcrowding my family (restraint) in Kigali and without doing money laundering in needing my premises as co-owner with my father.
He had made an arrangement to stay for one month before having his own means but he has now overstayed and he was evacuated.

I would like matters found on my side as racketeering and false allegations against my father/ Restraint Family members to be expunged by the Ministry of Justice in Rwanda;matters from Lea Nziga Masabo or any pending matter about Mr Zitoni Sebera.Both are related to us as follows:
-Lea Nziga Masabo is niece to my mother(her father is a young brother to my mother).
-Zitoni Sebera is a cousin of us and his father was cousin to my father and my grand-father was brother there grand father.
They can`t get any share from our belongings.

Urgent!

This matter I would like to tell you about must be reverified and people I am talking on behalf ,I am not very familiar to them but if an issue of ethnic origin arises,I am allowed to intervene.A confirmation must come from couple(Mr Gahakwa-the banker-BACAR and his wife).
Due to the fact that the wife was of Tutsi of origin,Mr Gahakwa did expulse her from his house while I suppose they were legally married even visited for several times by a brother in law(brother to the wife).Mr Gahakwa placed his wife into detention in prison,Kigali probably due to racial reasons.I would like to appeal to any court in Kigali-Parole board in Prison to release his wife who is in detention it seems since long time.Mr Gahakwa is of Hutu origin,from former Gisenyi province,now eastern Province.They had one or two children but the one I once saw was a boy.
I hope the matter can be processed by relevant authorities.
