Comments on this Embassy
I have been to the embassy this morning and told Nov is not yet processed thot this may help and I further asked as to when then to check and advised to phone next week.
Because of work ,i might be tied up for tomorrow but will try to book for wednesday.For anyone going this MONDAY AND WEDNESDAY can you please update this site especially for those who applied for their CSV [of particular interest to me]......its helpful to a lot of people especially if you have been there a couple of times
@Manyara.. all we have to do is wait. and hope that we donmt get rejected after the long wait.

I wish everyone who has applied for any type of permit, study, CSV, general work permit, relatives, accompanying visa all the best coz I know all the anxiety involved and how hectic the whole process is.
@ Sam, you have to book your appointment online on the vfs website and print the appointment confirmation, they won't attend to u without an appointment
Taps, what category of CSV are u applying for and what qualifications do u have, I work as a risk manager and my highest qualification is an MBA, I used the IRMSA (institute of risk mgmt south africa) they were very efficient, professional and their confirmation of critical skills letter was very good and motivational on its own, I got my csv last year
I applied my ID on the 6th of october l placed a phone call on the 6th of January l was not ready . So l just want to cornfirm whether its now ready for collection or not?
@Sam YES THEY WILL TAKE YOUR PASSPORT AND IF YOU INTEND TO USE IT WITHIN THE NEXT SIX MONTH ,THEN YOU ARE OUT OF LUCK
,@ m.general AND @ siminya .I APPLIED 11 oCTOBER AND I WENT THERE LAST WEEK AND IT WAS NOT YET OUT.
My guess from the back and forth to the embassy , most of september permits had been processed by last year before they closed....save for a few ones that applied last week of september.
and how do i know this infor ? each time i go to the embassy , i make sure i ask atmost 10 people who have collected their visa about when they applied....that way i can create a hypothesis about how long i have to wait ? hope that makes sense.
I intend to apply for a CSV at embassy in Harare, want to know if you book for your application or you just go.. do they take your passport from you
Pliz help need to make a decision
