@Pop I only submitted the appeal last week. VFS advised that appeal gets sent to embassy then Pretoria for review and I should only start following up after 2 months. It maybe premature to be looking for follow up contact details now but with these things it seems that constant follow up can sometimes be helpful. My application had been rejected on the basis that I lacked appropriate post qualification experience. The first adjudicator completely ignored the years of experience, professional body letter , cv and reference letters. That's why I appealed, otherwise most people suggested new application.

Full details of rejection?
I still strongly suggest that you immediately apply for permanent residence. You already qualify. U dont have to wait for all the permit years to lapse as u will become illegal in the republic. If u can get a letter from ur current employer stating u still in employment then rush to the nearest vfs sa office and apply for PR.Csv route u are movin 10 step backwards.if u insist on csv it wil depend on whats your highest qualification and wher it ws obtained.

Hello - does any one have contact details for who I can follow up with my appeal. I submitted at VFS Harare and they say I need to follow up with the embassy but couldnt give me contact details (honestly !).
Hi -has anyone successfully changed from the ZSP to the CSV. I have the critical skill and 5 years of experience and application was denied. Am I being discriminated against because I previously worked without a permit.
Any news guys about February applications?
