first time application
hello pple. I want to apply and its my first time i wrote vfs email they told m i must book online so tht i submit my documents. Anyone to help m how long does it take to book a date lets say i book today vanondipa zuva riri padhuze here or it wil b something like a month?
plzzzzz help. and is there a booking fee? how much

Appeal
I applied in Nov 2016 got a rejection in March 2017.
Appeal was done in March as well.
I have booked for collection for this coming Monday.
Will advise then.

Immigration
I think all thos who did an appeal are in the dark coz since i started following this forum noone hav information hw to do a follow up on appeals , south african embassy dont reply ,if theres any1 with information please help us coz if you are to check with pretoria they cant check in the system since the application was done abroad

Police clearance and new passport.

What exactly was the reason for the rejection? was it just saying its rejected without a reason or you know where exactly you missed the boat. The more info we get from you about the rejection, the better the quality of the assistance we can render.But dont lose heart mkoma totoramba takashinga

Did the rejection letter specifically state its becoz of your passport?

Ok if it was an SA obtained qualification it could be a different story as they is a post qualification waiver. All the best

Changing from ZSP to Critical Skills

I applied mid December 2016 and received feedback to bring back passport which I had retained in end of April, a week later they provided the rejection letter. This was rather frustrating, why would they say bring passport back only to reject application. And why had VFS advised that we could retain passport previously.

I applied under the Business Analyst category, I have worked for the same company from 2010 to date. Job Title and Duties are aligned to business analysis. Applied for DZP in 2011 and then ZSP.

I was disheartened and didn't lodge an appeal (not sure what I would have said to what I already had submitted).

@Zim 1 - I applied for under the Business Analysis category. Qualification was obtained in Zim . Note reason for rjection was stated as "lack of appropriate POST qualification experience"
