No you cannot have someone else submit the application on your behalf, you have to submit it yourself.

Please refer to the vfs global south africa as embassies do not do section 11(6), its mainly done here in SA, ITS CHANGE of conditions. others submit with employment contract others submit without

Please advice on what are the required documents for one to extend relative visa and b allowed to work. I am a permanent resident and my wife has a relative spousal visa and was recently offered employment.

Under normal circumstances you qualify for PR if you have 5 years work experience in SA...however, if you studied at a South African University, you can use a waiver that allows you to apply for PR without the 5 years experience.

Hi guys i would like to ask something about PR applications ,below is my story. I applied for CSV and got it in FEB , nw i got a job this month and would like to apply for an extension of my 1 year Visa . I attended school at UNISA but never had a study or work permit before. My question is do i qualify for PR , coz someone brought the matter to my attention that i might .Thank you for your response
