I need to get an appointment in order to take care of
something in Portugal but it does no matter how long I
let the phone ring or the time of the day I call, no one answers the phone. I thought I was the only one having this problem, until I read the other people's
comments.
I called all day, no answer.
My experience is as bad as everyone else on these comments. You people should be ashamed.
I am going to call someone in Portugal to let them know what is going on here.
THEY DON'T ANSWER PHONES, DON'T ANSWER E-MAILS, AND ARE GENERALLY RUDE. VERY BAD SERVICE.
Nobody answer calls. Nobody reply to emails. Try clicking on the passport or visa link: gets you a google add webpage.
Are these people paid to work??
Total joke
Eu nasaci em NY e meus pais sao Portugues.
Obrigado
everyone should call the embassy in washington DC , and say something is wrong with your consulate in new york city, they don't answer the phone
I have been calling for the last four weeks. The phone rings up to 20x and no body answer. Is any boddy working. We the portuguese people leaving in usa also pay taxes in Portugal for this people pay check.
Shame of you.
I have visited consulate and denied entry because of no appointment. I have been sending weekly emails for 4 weeks now, and called at least 10 times over September. No one responds to emails or calls. All I want is a visa appointment! What is going on with this consulate? Is there different contact information I should be using? Disheartening to see everyone else's comments have the same issues highlighted.
