Been trying to call for a while and your phone number is not working. Do you have another number where I can call? This is not good that you guys don't have a phone or email service working, what's going on??

Frustração com o Consolado Português en New York City
Simplesmente frustrante!!!!...
O consulado é o espelho de Portugal!..

Se o consulado nem atende o telefone!!!!!!... Ando a tentar a vários dias!..

Need Student VISA ASAP
I have emailed and called multiple times, but I am unable to get a hold of anyone. I am a university student, studying abroad Fall 2017 in Portugal and I need to know the requirements for a VISA application and how I can submit the VISA application. Thank you!

worst service
Couple of things I have to say: you guys have the worst service ever. Without appointment you can't even step foot inside the lobby elevator. They say I need an appointment. How am I gonna scheduled an appointment if I called several times and nobody picks up the phone. WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF HAVING A PHONE? HIRE someone just to pick up the stupid phone.
Sending emails is unless too. Nobody replies, it's all automatic systems that says the same thing over and over.

STOP complaining saying its lack of people working. JUST HIRE more people. It's not like you guys don't have money.
