If your certificate isn't available on the goaonline website, it may take extra time in terms of weeks or less. It really depends if your case has strong evidence for proving that your ancestor was present before liberation and present in seventy four and seventy five. That's the benefit of having a barrister represent your case as they can help prevent your case from being rejected by the CRC. It's not as simple as handing candy to children but it is an important process which needs analysis as it stems closer to providing someone with European citizenship which is a big deal.
It doesn't help the applicant bypass the timeframe taken to reach for final verification and registration of birth but it does help during the process of verification and analysis by the CRC staff inorder to decide and conclude whether a case should be approved or rejected.
What is the current processing time for birth registration ?
In circumstances where birth certificate cannot be verified online.. does it take longer, if yes, what is the time frame ?

After collection of citizencard ull hv to take an appointment for the PP and will take around three weeks to get the appointment for biometrics. The consulate responds within ten days once u apply for appointment.

It takes about two to two and a half months maximum. You can expect something at least by early January of next year.
