Comments on this Consulate-General
Yeah, they should have asked for your grandfather's death certificate. Not sure how it works without that.
When were you told that all is sufficient concerning your first process?
The parliament has explicitly and unequivocally passed Boris Johnson's brexit deal which seals the fate of all EU citizens wanting to make the big leap into the United Kingdom. If I'm not mistaken, the deal after having passed in the house of commons will have to get through the house of Lords, which will undoubtedly pass through and eventually be approved by the queen.
So, brexit is set to happen on thirty first of January twenty twenty, but the transition period will be till the last date of December twenty twenty.
Ethan, could you tell me what was the update that was given after your current agent suggested that there was a problem with your apostille?
Did you do something to resolve the issue? Like give a corrected document or something?
Don't lose hope. If all else fails, I suggest you keep Canada as a backup, if you're desperate to leave India. Otherwise, if you wait long enough for the Portuguese nationality process to conclude, you'll have to choose an EU country and not the UK.
Praise God,
I met Elvino today. he explained to me what possibly could be the cause. OfCourse there is issues with my agent and more than him it was my fault of waiting so long with the same agent. Elvino suggested there is no point changing now as the papers are in queue and if we remove and give the process to him it will be from scratch. he said wait for the next update. i have shared my details with him and he will try to gather more details through his lawyer and we take it forward from there.
I feel my losing hope. I just pray everything goes well, finally its my lord who can make impossible in possible.
Shils was able to provide an answer to a similar question as this in the previous posts. Please check the previous posts.
HOW LONG IT WOULD BE TO GET PASSPORT APPOINTMENT AFTER GETTING THE CITIZEN CARD?????
I've not dealt with him personally, but I have done so with his father. His father has handled our case very well with success. I advise his son because I've heard that he's good with cases that are stuck. His Panjim address is available on their website.
Do u have experience with this agent/lawyer you suggetsed, I mean is he good ?
Praise God, yes I will meet him and discuss my case I hope he can suggest something.
Shills is right. Don't delay any longer.
