Hi Neil. What your agent did is wrong. He should have checked your set of documents first so the question of additional document doesn't arise. Who is this agent? Your process is as good as a new application and you are back in que.

Thanks Ethaen
Thanks for your reply Ethaen. I wonder why the agent will not give the Process Number. Firstly of all the fees they charge is huge. We just follow all the instructions they provide. If we can trust them I don't understand what would be the actual reason for not sharing the process no.
My agent told in the begining itself that they will not share the process number. And I agreed as I dint had enough knowledge. But as time is passing its frustrating. Its close to four years. Mine is a Pre nineteen sixty one case. My case was verified and we were asked to provide an additional document which was added to the file in feb twenty nineteen. Can someone guess the approx time it may take to complete my first process??
Thanks
Pedro

John - “jus sanguinis” NOT YOU LOL
I see you are from Mozambique and it makes sense your feeling of injustice since Goans are treated as Portuguese citizens automatically since they were born in Goa i.e. a district of Portugal whereas you are not LOL . Enhance your education my friend then "eat shit and die"
