It’s not very hard to attest the documents. First notarise them (including translations) then get them stamped by the home department, then apostilled. You can do them yourself. VFS does both the home department and apostille stamps. You only have to visit them.
CONTACTED lawyer(Bernardo Reis) Who says applicant need to handle Indian Bueruacratic mess of arranging Indian Doc Job like appostile & notary.Is there any portuguese lawyer having agent both in Mumbai & Goa?
For documents issued in Mumbai it should be first notary public then mantralaya and then MEA.
Mantralaya can be done on the same day.
MEA Takes around twenty days depends on the processing speeds of agents
How to get your advocate s email I'd as I can I can know my case condition and talk to them directly. Does the agent gives his advocate email if we request?
Now that m trying to register my mom's birth..will I need my mom's passport and Aadhar card for it and should it contain name as per teor ?
My Agent told me to get my birth certificate attested from Mumbai Mantralaya.My Question is do I have to do my certificate attested from Home department and also MEA? Or Home Department stamp is enough?How much days it will take?Please help.
What was the mess up? Do you remember what documents you have submitted.
