visa.
Does the Italian Consulate in Cleveland issue visas?
I need to apply for a Schengen visa in order to visit Italy. Does the Consulate in Cleveland issue such a visa? Or Do I have to go to Detroit?

this is ridiculous
I am trying to find out the hours of operation and days. How ridiculous that there is no phone message or website that can give me this information.

Bring my father home.
We visited Italy with my father. He fell and broke his leg. We needed to return home and now will return to Italy to bring him home. What help is available to bring him back to the U.S. (Flight assistance, medical clearance, etc.)

Thanks,
Anthony Campobasso
