Please advise, He leaving in January for study in Rome and we can do any appointment time, I believe it is after October 29 that he can come in for a visa

accessability to your office
I have been trying to get in touch with your office staff for a few days, your phone is never answered by a "person", it does not identify the office's name or business, but yet, it asks to leave a message!
My mother's is having issues with her INPS pension that need to be handled asap by 10/10/16.
Any ideas on how to make contact with your office????
