Ms
If you have difficulty to express yourself in English, you may state your case in French.
You are French. To marry an Indian, you have to obtain a certificate of capacity (capacite de mariage) from the French consulate in India having jurisdiction over the place of marriage to be celebrated, Then your future husband should obtain Fench visa to join you in France. If you wish to receive in France his children also, you may adopt them by full adoption (adoption pleniere) with the consent of their biological parents (ie. father and mother), before the children complete the age of 15 years. Your sincerely

Ms.
You say "I want to take away from Paris". It is not clear. Whom you want to take out? Are they the children or their father? The children may be Indians. You must go through the judgment of divorce. If the custody of children is given to their mother, her consent is necessary. Yours sincerely.
