Your question is under french national flag. So your are French residing in France or FOM or DOM. The Mayor of your locality is the competent authority to issue the certificat de coutume and certificat de non remariage. I got the information about certificate de coutume from the embassy website but I could not find any information abt certificate de non remarriage. Can you pls let me know the procedure to get one.
My second concern, is it not possible to get coutume certficate without visa?
What i need to renew my passport for second time in Pondy.
i want the mail id of French Consulate in Pondicherry. The mail i sent to consul@consulfrance-pondichery.org is bouncing.
You may issue tourist visa for less than 10days within a weeks time to help tourists.
