I am planning to travel with my family, spouse and son, to France to spend our annual vacation between 16 August - 31 August 2015; we have booked our air tickets on Air France and have confirmed hotel reservations in Paris, Nice and Monaco.

I prepared all the documents required for the visa and tried to book an appointment via the TLS website, however, the system nearest available appointment is on 24 August 2015.

Appreciate your consideration and kind support to grant me an earlier appointment during this week or maximum the following one to be able to get the visa on time.

Please let me introduce. I am Ahmed Ibrahim. Badran working as Assistant lecturer (Specialist Registrar) in Vascular surgery Unit, General Surgery Department, Faculty of medicine, Tanta University, Egypt .I had M.Sc. with general grade Very good april2010 Faculty of Medicine, Tanta University, Egypt in general surgery.
I have started my surgical training six years ago, and after finishing my master three years ago. I am registered now for PhD Degree here in Egypt, I have got a joint supervision scholarship for 12 months. I will be fully sponsored by the Egyptian government. The scholarship will cover my basic stay in a foreign country and My thesis will be done as a part of External Exchange Program sponsored by Egyptian Ministry of High Education. These scholarships announced at http://www.mohe-casm.edu.eg My papers submitted to the Tls Office at 9-4-2015they send it to you at 14-4-2015 Unfortunately, I received passport without any visa
I got 1-Acceptance from professor Jean noel fabiani In paris 2-The convention de stage,3-Invitation letters from the hospital 4- A letter of recommendation from the Foreign Ministry to facilitate giving me a visa because I have scholarship 5- Financial support letter from the Egyptian ministry of high education 6- Insurance I asked the professor's secretary and the hospital secretary to send also these papers to your email If I didn’t get the visa I will lost my scholarship that I worked hard for 3 years to get it and I need to travel in this month or I will lose it. I have many invitation letters from multiple countries.I want only to be trained under supervision of the French professor because he has a good experience in this field ,so I can return to my family and my country to finish my PhD degree and treat our poor Egyptian people please give me this chance, At least I deserve an appointment to know the cause for visa refuse

They never consider
I have applied for a short business stay there. I have obtained all necessary papers, invitation from a very high-profile studio/marketing agency in Paris, a financial guarantee letter and a bank statement that shows that my income is very high. They asked to have an agreement but this was not the case because I am only a freelancer and I am there working with an Italian company but we will make the recordings of the video-game in the French studio. They said; so we need only the agreement from the Italian company!! I have bought an agreement from another very well know company in Italy, signed from the CEO and we have CC'd the French Studio and they also attached a letter giving all necessary details, ALL, the videogame's title, the duration, the talents name, why they need me there, everything, stamped a signed. They did not get back to us until Philippe the Studio's owner had to call them from France and they said I will be rejected because the contract is with an Italian agency! Dumb officials! you said just have the agreement from the Italian company with all invitations, guarantee letters, from the French company and then they refused in the day of the departure. They did not even give us a chance to find an alternative.

I will find a way not to let this through.

They have really harmed my business not ruined a vacation or any! They ruined my business! really!

My family did apply for a French Visa TO Travel on holiday in mid July 2015
We Went to TLS office on the 23ed of April where we applied for a visa with ID no 4962904 for:
1-My wife: Sally Mohsen Hamdy. Passport No;A03724770
2-My Daughter: Lobna Amr Mohamed Elhaly Ahmed. Aged 15 .Passport No :A10088537.
3-My Son: Yassin Amr Mohamed Elhaly Ahmed. Aged 12.Passport No: A1008840.
We had all the requested documents:
*school papers for the kids
*work papers for my wife
*decent bank statement for the past 6 month that shows easily that we can afford a French Holiday.
*hotel booking for the period they intend to travel
*i even have their confirmed air tickets which is my mistake to book and lose all that money on it now but i thought i have no reason to worry as:
1-My wife and myself did spend our honey moon in France in 1998
2-My wife and myself did get a French Visa in 2006 but due to some home personal issues we could not travel on the assigned visa date
3-As a family we did travel on holiday to Turkey and USA more than once.
I was there with them at the TLS office and did sign on the papers of my children allowing them to travel with their mother but i did not request a visa for myself as i am quite busy with my work this summer.
i am writing to you to ask for a logical reason to deny my children the visa as they are extremely annoyed specially that one of the embassy staff did phone my wife on the 26th asking first why i was not there at TLS office (which is very strange because that means he did not look at the papers) then when my wife said i was there he asked why i did not apply for a visa and then he said the embassy is going to contact us to come in for a personal meeting.
But no more contacting and just refusal.
My children and my wife are really disappointed and i am very annoyed as i did invest a considerable amount of money in all that deal with TLS and air tickets and hotel booking
so even though i do understand the French fear of terror and terrorists which is very justified but i believe that my family could not be considered a threat to the French nation security as well i believe i owe my family a reasonable explanation for why they were refused.
I would really appreciate if you can help me to give them that answer
