I have recieved an invitation letter for doing afellowship as visiting clinician in france at Nancy Pediatric Hospital for 3 months, starting from 15 Augest 2015 to 15 November 2015, I have submitted the application for meeting and introduction of my documents at TLScontat and I had recieved adate for meeting that was at 26 july 2015 , I followed my passport and I have recieved it at 14 august but with refusal letter, I don't know why. I had a big injustice happened to me

I would like to talk about my problem in Cairo airpot
there's a big injustice happened to me
i was at the airport at 9 July to travel to Dominican Republic transit through Paris
because i have a class at art school ( Altos De Chavon ) in Dominican Republic
and i had the Dominican Republic Visa in my passport
but the lady there told me "I can't let you go on the plane"
and when i said why she said "you don't have any prove"
and she asked me to get her any prove
but all the documents i had i already gave it to the Dominican Embassy to get the Visa
but she said "i need to see it too"
so i asked my brother for his phone to show her the letter from the school on it
and when i did she started to ask me about everything like she is investigating me

and at the end she said "sorry i can't let you go on the plane and i need all this documents ( class letter and the hotel reservation) to send to France to get the permission for you"
and i told her it is just transit and i won't even get out of the airport or the transit area
but she said "No"

so i had to cancel my flight for that day to get her all the documents
and i lost this day the flight and the class time was so close to start and the hotel reservation too
so i had to leave to get her all what she asked for and that took more time
and i had to get another ticket and pay money to change it and i had to pay money for the class too
to dilate it more few days and the same for the hotel reservation....

and after few days i got everything ( the copy of the Visa and the receipt too, copy of my passport, image of the school letter, the hotel reservation and of course the new ticket)
and went to the airport again at 15 July
but what i found this time killed me again
they told me we needed this documents to get the permission and we not gonna be able to get too early
so you should sent it to us first

(How i am gonna know all of this if she didn't told me the first time all this info)
and as you see i had lost the second flight
and i went back home again because my plane was at 6:40 am and they can't replay in Paris so early like this
and i was waiting them to call me and tell me when i get the approval
and at 7:00 am when i am in my way back to home and told me "Sorry Mr Mahmoud Paris refused your request"
and it was the real hardest moment in my whole life but when i asked them why
they said "they didn't found you have a good convincing reason in Paris"
and after few hours i called the Air France office in cairo to know how it can be
they told me we got mail from you with all your documents and we gonna send it to Paris now
and again after few hours around 2:00 PM they called me to tell me the same thing
Paris did not accept your request.....

and i didn't know what i did to make it Not convincing and what i should do to make convincing

i didn't know what to do but someone told me the only was is to get the schengen visa to France
and the biggest surprise i had found when i was looking for this schengen visa
that is the Egyptians don't need schengen transit visa to Paris
and though all this time i am loosing my class money again and the hotel and the tickets i was paying every few days
so i didn't know what to do....
and i was looking for someone to help me

Note. the reason i am looking for France air lines..
only AirFrance have the direct flight between Egypt and Dominican with just 1 transit and it is not so expensive
and shorter in time
and i don't have to get many kind of transit visa for each country i am going through

My name is Nesreen Abdel Latif Hafez Ismail. I am working for HSBC Bank Egypt as an Area Head for the Heliopolis District. I am planning to travel with my family, spouse and son, to France to spend our annual vacation between 16 August - 31 August 2015; we have booked our air tickets on Air France and have confirmed hotel reservations in Paris, Nice and Monaco.

I prepared all the documents required for the visa and tried to book an appointment via the TLS website, however, the system nearest available appointment is on 24 August 2015.
