Dear Madame :
Our appointment to present the documents was today at 12 pm . Due to the problems in the traffic in Cairo today 29th of June , we arrived at the TLS at 12.30. We tried to get another appointment it is on July 20th . I am a professor and I wanted to attend a conference in France on July 19th and my family is accompanying me. The tickets and the hotel are all reserved based on the conference schedule . Please try to help me especially that there were traffic problems on that particular day.

I'm doctor Mohammad Raslan, lecturer of ORL, Faculty of Medicine and Surgery, O6U, EGYPT.
My first visit to FRANCE (among other scientific meetings in FRANCE) should start tomorrow.
I applied for the visa on 28-10-2010 and the fingerprint was submitted on 31-10-2010 (which is such a short notice).

I planned my holiday to start on 12/09/2010 for two weeks

By the way why this Schengen Visa takes this long time I took the visa to Australia to vist my older son in one day.I have had my HSMP Visa in no time.I planned to visit france for 2 weeks to see France and my son on 12/09/2010 Please confirm me and consder this case as an emergency
