Please, I have applied for the French visa in Edinburgh, United Kingdom in Dec. 2nd 2014 however, because I should have leaved by the end of Dec. 2014, the time was not enough to get the visa (The visa was not refused, just I asked to stop processing my application). The responsible person about my application there told my that he gonna send my application to Cairo to be processed here and I got a confirmation about sending the application. I have applied normally in tlscontact and this is my application number M4473951. Now, I will be leaving to France on Jan, 15th and I did not get the visa till now.

Étant donné que j’ai un frère qui demeure aux États Unis ça fait plus que 25 ans et un autre frère qui demeure au Canada ça fait 19 ans, je obtiens toujours les deux visas pour États Unis et le Canada et je les renouvelle régulièrement et ils sont valides dans mon passeport actuel jusqu’au 2017 (les visas dans mes anciens passeports étaient jointes avec mon passeport actuel présenté au Consulat de la France).

Étant donné aussi que mon travail est dans le domaine de tourisme, je voyage beaucoup et je fais aussi des escales en Europe dans presque la majorité mes voyages pour visiter mes frères aux États Unis et au Canada, ainsi que, des voyages aux plusieurs des pays du monde.

J’ai appliqué pour le visa le mois d’avril 2014 de votre consulat pour une période d’un an, mais ça était émis pour 3 mois (je vous remercie) j’ai l’utilisé et s’est terminé le 24 juillet 2014.

J’ai appliqué une autre fois à votre Consulat le 1 décembre 2014 pour un an et j’ai eu le visa pour 6 mois du 11 décembre 2014 au 8 juin 2015, je vous remercie pour votre compréhension.

Mais permettez-moi SVP de poser une petite question à propos de mon visa, pourquoi je ne l'ai pas eu tel que demandé de l’avoir pour un an ou au moins jusqu’à la fin du mois d’août 2015 (c’est l'été et la période du voyage) et selon mon profile mentionné ici-haut.

Je ne crois pas que c'était pour des raisons financières car tous vos visas ont au même
prix. Si c'étais pour ces raisons, je les aurais acceptées.

J'apprécirais beaucoup avoir votre réponse à cette demande de renseignements.

urgent please need a reply
Please I need reply for my issue, I admitted all the papers HR letter, a bank statement, travel insurance, booking, i can admit also factory's certificate of trade and Tax card, I just only need a reply that you accept my travel as a tourist for 2 weeks as this was the information missing, i hoped to celebrate christmas in Marseille and Paris or no hope and i sadly have to search to celebrate the christmas in other place. Reminder my visa file numbers were (484314 and 484317)

urgently gentle reminder

Further to my file number in the above subject, please be informed that I applied for a tourism visa with my wife but it was not issued for us as the purpose of visit is not clear although:

Me and my wife had the Schengen visa before to Germany; in addition, my wife holds the United States visa and travelled in 2011.

I work in a senior position with my father as he is a main owner of a privately owned factory for metallic products with around 50 million Egyptian pounds of trading annually; (HR letter are attached with the visa documents applied). My wife works as an assistant to Financial Manager in the same business (HR letter is also submitted along with the necessary visa documents applied).

I applied for a tourism vacation with my wife for two weeks only and all required documents were accurate and provided to TLS. We found it a good opportunity to spend our annual vacation in one of the most beautiful countries in the world after a long exhaustive year.

I am living avery good, happy and stable life with my family (wife and one daughter) in Egypt and I own villa in Sheikh Zayed city (6th October). Please note that we will be leaving our only2 years and 6 months daughter with her grandparents during this small vacation period so that we can have some serenity, revive the marriage bonds, enjoy the festive season at this time of the year (Daughter’s passport copy is attached) and go shopping in the second largest city in France.

Hotel was already booked in Marseille which will end up losing cost (1000 LE) to cancel the reservation; check-in was targeted December 2nd. Although it looks like small account but the reservation should be reflecting our aspiration to have this vacation.

It would be my honor and pleasure to have a meetingwith you sir or any representative to understand why the visa was not issued and review all the documents in the file together in order to resolve the issue as it is the first time in my life to apply for a visa and don't get it.


Please Note: Any other required documents can be provided immediately upon request, like my daughter identity, my father factory tax card or certificate of trade.

about my visa refusal
I have been rejected on 30.11.2014 while I did submit all required documents , I am an international company (Quality Assurance Section Head.) employee since 2013 , I provide bank statement for blom bank for last 5 months (Stamped) , HR letter with my hiring date and salary statement (stamped) , hotel reservation confirmation, Airline tickets from my travel agent , insurance certificate. (All the required documents which is reliable 100%) & the rejection mentioned that the papers i have presented is not reliable(Item No.8 in Rejection form).
and my friend have been applied for the Schengen visa and submitted the same papers and we have reserved the same hotel data and airline tickets and she has been accepted .
So I have the right to be heard, I should have been called for an interview since i only went to TLScontact and gave them our files. A reply will be appreciated.

Visa Refusal although we got it before from the same embassy
WE (Me & My Wife) have been rejected on 23.11.2014 while we did submit all required documents , I am a multinational company (Marketing Eng.) employee since 2011 , I provide bank statement for 2 banks for last 6 months (Stamped) , HR letter (stamped) , hotel reservation confirmation, Airline tickets from my travel agent , insurance certificate. (All the required documents which is reliable 100%) & the rejection mentioned that the papers we have presented is not reliable(Item No.8 in Rejection form).
We have been applied for the Schengen visa from the french embassy in 2012 & we travelled to Paris and we come back .
So I have the right to be heard, I should have been called for an interview since we only went to TLScontact and gave them our files. A reply will be appreciated.
