To whom it may concern.
I asked for a visa to participate in forum organized by Schlumberger in monaco. Start 13--18 March 2012.
I gave all these documents throught the maltese ambassy in tripoli since 19/02/2012 they revised all documents.
In 15/03 2012 they took my passport and said wait , your visas arrived according to the computer. finally they said REFUSED due to the following loughing expressing:justification for the purpose and conditions of the intended stay was not provided.Ashame to say this because they revised before taking the applications. THIS IS FOR YOUR INFORMATION
