Letter of Appointment
Dear, Applicant
Your eligibility to work in our company as a Computer
Operator has being confirmed by the Company's
Management, therefore you are to sign and return the
appointment letter to us based on the various
discussions by the management with the following
terms and conditions, with job Ref No: Sv.1150. Job
Location: Calgary Canada.
Employment Period: Your employment with take effect
from 15-July -2014.
Your basic salary shall be 15,000.00 USD per month

inclusive) .Any revision of salary or other emoluments

Leave Eligibility: Annual Leave Besides the gazette
public holidays, you are entitled to twenty eight (28)
days paid annual leave upon the completion of one
year's service from the date of confirmation of your
employment. Pro-rated (divide) annual leave before the
completion of one year's service is at the sole
discretion of the company. During the probation period,
you are not entitled to any leave.1.You cannot carry
forward any unutilized annual leave to the next year.
Any leave balance at the end of the calendar year shall
be forfeited. Unpaid leave shall be granted at the sole
discretion of the Company. The Company reserves the
right to terminate your employment without notice if
you are absent from work on unpaid leave without prior
approval from the Company. You are entitled to five (5)
days of compassionate leave per calendar year upon
the completion of the first year of service. Approval for
compassionate leave shall be at the sole discretion of
the company. All leave applications must be made in
writing and at least seven,
Days in advance and shall be approved at the absolute
discretion of the Company. You will receive 900.00 US
Dollar Take home for each leave Period.
Sick Leave: you must notify the Company and/or your
immediate supervisor as soon as practicable if you are
unable to work for medical reasons. Such notice shall
be given within the first four (4) hours of the working
day. However, your family also has the same medical
entitlements as well as you. You are required to
produce, without demand, a medical certificate in all
cases where you are absent from work for medical
reasons. You are entitled to fourteen (14) days of paid
sick leave per calendar year, upon confirmation of your
employment. Sick leave during the probation period
shall be approved at the sole discretion of the
Company. If you are hospitalized on a doctor's written
order, you may get up to forty-six (46) additional days
of paid sick leave per calendar year.
Duties and Responsibilities: You are required to carry
out your duties diligently and to the best of your ability
and knowledge and to the satisfaction of your
supervisors. Due to the nature of business, additional
duties and responsibilities may be assigned to you
from time to time.1.You are requested to abide by the
persons acting on behalf of the company.
Working Hours: Your working hours shall be 8am to
4:30pm from Mondays to Fridays as a full time worker.
You will be required from time to time to work beyond
the current working hours in fulfillment of your duties
undertake all such duties in relation to the work as
may be assigned to you in the proper performance of
your employment.
The company reserves the right, at its sole discretion
and without prior notice to you, to revise, amend or
extend the working hours should the need arise and
you shall be informed in writing accordingly of such
revision, amendment or extension.
General Conditions: You are required to preserve strict
confidence about matters relating directly to your work
which comes to your knowledge and you shall not
divulge any such information to anyone except strictly
in accordance with any instructions you may receive
from time to time.
You shall be loyal, diligent and faithful in your duties
and responsibilities towards the company.
You shall not solicit or transact any business in
competition with the company.
All other terms and conditions of your employment
shall be governed by the HR policies which shall be at
the discretion of the Management.
Any training programs, part time/full time sponsored by
the company, the cost of the training programs,
courses will be recovered at the time of termination of
employment or upon resignation by the employee and
shall be governed by the terms and conditions of the
training agreement.

All operations on Job Location are designed to adhere

All Hotel job offers are fake. No real hotel is going to be able to get a visa for an unskilled worker in India to come to Canada or the UK! There are plenty of workers already in those country for those jobs and you cannot get a visa for unskilled labor.

Please read carefully because this applies to every job offer you receive! 99% of email job offers are scams! No real company hires you without an in person, face to face interview. An email, online or telephone interview is always a scam! No real company ever charges any money for a job even for a visa or work permit! If they want you to pay and say they will refund the costs, you will just send money to a fake embassy official, travel agency or lawyer who is a really a scammer!
