I Mohammad Altaf Mir following Nephrology Department of Sher-i Kashmir Institute of Medical Sciences Soura Srinagar under Registration No.776802 a diagnosed case of “END STAGE RENAL DISEASE(ESRD) on CAPD therapy which is life saving which costs me Rs 20,000/= and Rs 7,000/= on medicines per month. I am an orphan, young boy of 31 years has to support/sustain a family consisting of four souls (aged mother, wife and son-03 months) with no solid source of income. My economic/financial and health condition is uttertly deteriorating and going from bad to worse day by day. All are requested to help me in the name of humanity, generously of God’s sake precious life and his family.
