Yeah have encountered the young lady you must have your paper work in order she doesn't budge. She only accepts when you have everything. Have your papers in order and you will be glad she served you.
These guys just do their work I think they are very strict. There's a very thin line between firm and rude. My experience I think they are strict but once you have everything and willing to wait for processing days you get the visa.
What a contrast! This young girl literally guided me like a 2 year old and warned me of the consequences if I didn't comply including refusal to accept at the counters. I listened went a second time when I has everything and now I have my relatives visa. Thank you Diana and SA embassy at large. God bless
Kudos to this Diana lady. Very articulate and well informed however not for the egoistic characters. Went there severally she only accepted my application when I met all the requirements. Only to learn that is the rule at the embassy. You must meet their requirements . Very fearless I must say
The lady in question is called Diana. Dark lady with spectacles. Very rude and lacks common sense !
What is the name of the lady that is rude at the embassy?
I have also had th same issues with the lady where she failed to use her common sense on trivial matters.

I have been dealing with the embassy for several years and they have been very efficient but there is a newish lady (dark, tall slim, glasses) who doesnt give you the time of day to even have a decent conversation.
She talks at you and not with you. Please cease the insane rudeness!! One day it will come and haunt you..
I recently received a mail from the said South Africa based organisation concerning email lottery winning notification.In due seeking clarification from the source to get the winning prize,He gave me options to go South Africa or hire a lawyer from there to facilitate the transfer of the prize(money).Kindly I would like to request your Embassy to assist me to track on the facts on the notification and led me on the legal process to claim the prize.
I will appreciate the assistance accorded to me from your office.
