I am a Zambian who went to South Africa for treatment. I was treated at ARYWP Medical Centre on 3rd November 2017. I paid R 20,067.60 allocated to ARYWP Medical centre with receipt number 126206 and also R 12,347.50 also paid to ARYWP Medical centre. The total money paid was R 32,415.10. After I was treated on 3rd November, I came back to Zambia on 5th November, 2017.
It is been a big problem for me to get the original receipts for the service they gave me. I was told the hospital was paid R 13,082.82, the laboratory was paid R 2262.80 and the doctors who did the surgery were paid R 10,000.It is now 4 months for me to get the original receipts for the service they gave me but still I have failed to get these receipts . I am asking you sir to assist me get these receipts so that the insurance company can pay me back.
WHAT ARE THE PROCEDURES TO CLEAR YOUR PASSPORT IF YOU OVER STAYS IN SOUTHAFRICA AND WAS CHARGED WITH A FINE TO PAY..
I'm a Zambian who is currently living in south Africa for 7 years now. I obtain a work permit through the agency and only discovered it is fake. i have current registered a company and ready to start operation. kindly assist what permit should i apply for since the old one is not valid?
