short stay schengen visa
Dear Sir,

My parents have applied for short stay schengen visa at your embassy 15 days back . I understand that a decision will be taken on visa issuance by maximum 15 days as mentioned in the vfs website . How early can they excpect the passports Sir?

L'enfant mineur, légitime, naturel, ou ayant fait l'objet d'une adoption plénière, dont l'un des deux parents acquiert la nationalité française, devient français de plein droit s'il a la même résidence habituelle que ce parent ou s'il réside alternativement avec ce parent dans le cas de séparation ou divorce.
Les dispositions du présent article ne sont applicables à l'enfant d'une personne qui acquiert la nationalité française par décision de l'autorité publique ou par déclaration de nationalité que si son nom est mentionné dans le décret ou dans la déclaration.

my father was minor during 1962 whereas my grandfather stayed in pondicherry ,is my father available for nationality with this french law.Thanks.

French nationality from grandfather served in the french army
Dear Sir/Mam,
My grandfather served the french army during the second world war and got pension from the french government till his death ,my father is yet to receive nationality and i have all the original documents of my grandfather.Please guide me on how to attain french nationality and where to find new nationality laws for the foreigners who served the french army.

My mother is a french national by her birth she married an indian and not maintained the records properly. She recently obtained her french nationality through the tribunal d'instance.She has registered her marriage certificate and her children birth certificate at the etat civil and also obtained carte consulaire.How long does it take to get the registerd certificates and livret de famille from the consulate .Kindly explain sir

If you have a french passport and regular working contract you can go to France and work. If you are an Indian, you apply for french visa and go to France, Then you try to get long stay card for employment purpose Nowadays unemployment is at a higher level in Hrance. yours sincerely
