Please verify whether the family court judgment regarding your adoption was accepted by French Government. whether your birth was transcribed in the French Etat civil and in the the french livret de famille of your adoptant aunty. Then only you can think of sending application for CNF. I give you these details on the presumption that your adoption is pleniere (full) and not simple. Your sinceely

Clarification Required
My aunty, french national adopted me through Pondicherry Family court and registered is Registrar Office, Pondicherry when i was 12, now i am 31 they were funding me for my studies. They were passed away. Should i apply for the french nationality?

Sir,
You are eligible if your father or mother was french at the time of your birth in l974. Please check whether your father did option in l962-63. If not he will become Indian from 16.08.1962
Your mother born in Indian union need not make option.So she conserved her french nationality. You can apply for french nationality as a son of a french mother. Yours sincerely

Requesting information regarding accruing French Nationality
Hello all,

I would like to have some information regarding French Nationality.

Myself : Age 41.
Born : Pondicherry , 1974.

My father ; Age 79
Born : pondicherry, 1936,

My mother : Age 66
Born : villupuram , Tamilnadu.

Grand father( Father's Father) : born 1896,
Register as French nationality on 1942, (Original nationality certificate is with me, His french Passport with me , His Birth certificate with me, His marriage certificate with me.)

Can i able to accrue French Nationality??

Advice for student visa
Dear Sir,

I have applied for the student visa in the consulate of france, pondicherry on 03/09/2015, and my flight is on 10th September. I am worried if I will my visa on time to take my flight. Is there any way to contact the consulate or request them to provide it before that?
