Sir.
When a person having french connection by birth or by filiation asks for CNF, the following points will be examined, If he was born in Fr. India before 16.09.1962, his position with regard to the franco indian treaty 1956 should be examined, If he was born after 15,2.1963, he should prove that his father or mother was french at the time of his birth.
The question of getting french nationality requires a deep study of all relevant documents, So I advise to you to consult a french lawyer in his office. Yours sincerely

Aroul Kumaravelu...
Sir,
You have applied for french natioality certificate. You were born in Pondicherry in 1959. If your father was french and born in Pondicherry, he should have opted to conserve the french nationality for him and for you (minor aged 3 years) Otherwise your father will lose his fr, nationality and become Indian and you will follow his condition. Renonciation of
personal statute (law) is diffeent from nationality. At present you should prove how you are entitled to get french nationality. The question of your marriage is secondary. Yours sincerely,
Aroul kumaravelou

sir,
I am a renoncant person. Aroul is my family name. I was born in 1959 in Pondicherry. My marriage was done in 1985 and registered in the oulgarate register office. I did the register marriage instead of etat civil marriage. I came to know that , those who are all renoncants, they shoul do the etat civil marriage. But I did the hindu marriage register. and also, me and my wife is a hindu. our caste is vannier. I applies for the nationality. Is there any problem regarding this register marriage.

Sir.
If you want french natinality certificate, you will have to prove that either your father or mother was a french national at the time of your birth. If your father was born outside Fr India to a french father he will conserve his french nationality. In french nationality matter, correct opinion can be given only if all details are known. For this purpose, it is better to contact a french lawyer in his office with relevant papers. Yours sincerely
