I need to ask one question. A person who served in the French military and resides in pondichéry during the Franco indien treaty of cession 1956 for the six months . Is Thera any chance to get a pension for a non optant military man. A French military man who did not optioned become indien after February month of 1964. Becoming indien, could he get the French military pension?

If you were born after 15.8.1962 and your parents had french connection, you will have to prove that at the time of your birth, your father or mother was a french national. Yours sincerely
