ZAMBIANS TAX PAYERS ARE TO PAY MORE AS TAZAMA CHANGES ENGINES
The former DOE Mr.KIKULA controversial appointment.
This time the the newly appointed board member is with no doubt has paid Us $100,000 to get the new position as board member to Mr. Maswi the p/s and Prof.Muhongo from the Energy ministry in Tanzania.
Very close sources have revealed the facts with no doubt.
The main aim for paying the come back are:
1. To defend their poor decisions on the engine projects
2.To make sure the Board chairman is removed from the Ministry
3. To make sure the relatives and friends acquire defensive positions in order to hide the uncovered facts by this forum
4. To introduce his private company to do projects in the pipeline
The Warning:
Please let him explain which institution does he represent?
The appointment is by paying the amount stated.
The general public must be very careful and mostly the board chairperson and others.
Just simple ask:
How is it possible in normal cases a man with all the fugitive projects be appointed in less than a month after his retirement from the same Company??
Zambians watch out, this is going to be the final bullet if you don't protest.
Pipeline is killed again!!!
madam chairperson and other members from Zambia the task is in your hands.
Goodbye Tazama.
RIP'

Now,
The current state of affairs in Tanzania regarding corruption can underline the circumstances which led to the appointment of former TAZAMA DOE to sit in the board immediately after his forced retirement. This is just for those who can read between lines.

LET'S WAIT AND SEE
The future and destiny of our beloved company(TAZAMA) is no longer on senior management's hands...
YOU HAVE PROVED FAILURE and careless on company's matters rather than your positions and benefits. we have never dreamed of remembering LARGEMAN but what we are witnessing now is very disappointing. the current management can't fit in the former management's shoes. things are not moving and everybody is comfortably rooted to his desk.
We are planing to bring back our company on people's hands. many people will suffer from this but it is THE ONE AND ONLY SOLUTION SO FAR.
DEO ZEGE''' you know exactly when we say this''' we will start with your puppets you inherited from your former master- MIJEY KIKULA.
SAUNYAMA''' we are tired of church members grabbing all field attachments(industrial training ) and then remain here as contract employee without giving chances to new students. we are tired of church members grabbing casual labor positions and denying other boys and girls from poor family.we are tired of your hidden agenda with MANJI..... we are tired of YOU.
the point we have reached is the POINT OF NO RETURN. we are in hiding.when we come out......there will be no room for dialogue

FAILURE OF TAZAMA (T) REGIONAL MANAGEMENT
1. Failed to buy furniture, no computer, no printers, no chairs, no scanners, photocopy etc. Insurance MGEN paid USD 60,000 compensation for floods. Where is the money gone. TRA paid tsh 400,000,000/- VAT where is all this money Mbayuwai?.
2. All vehicles and equipment was totally damaged by floods but management is hiding. The region has no reliable vehicle and they don't want to buy spares
3. Employees traveling to stations are not paid on time. All local purchases blocked by chief accountant
4 Spares for normal operations are not bought if the supplier is not a business partner of the managers..
5. Station Kigamboni operating cost has increased four times after installation of new engines but manager is hiding.
6. Morogoro station is buying water from towm at Tsh 5,000,000 per month instead of buying pump.
7. E/Pass station no water employees share river water with donkeys. Station run diesel generators for the past six month at Tsh 5,000,000/- per day while Tanesco power is at the station what cost cut? they say they wait VAT exemption to connect power.
8. Iringa station no water at all shut down to come from there.
9. Mbeya and all other stations no sufficient food because of cost cut, please pay our members perdiem so that they can buy food and choose good place to sleep
10. Domitories are extremely dirty managers sleeps in town hotels they dont care.No water, no cleaning, no change of bed sheet no anything.
11. The big boss is employed and paid salary by the apostolic church at the same time employed by Tazama as a civil servant. There is no time to solve all these problems. You cant serve two masters at once, this is why he always report late and leave earlier. His subordinates also follows his foot stapes. They also report at work late daily, no accountability. We request new MD to take action before closure of our good company, employees are tired.

ZAMBIANS TAX PAYERS ARE TO PAY MORE AS TAZAMA CHANGES ENGINES
At the beginning i thought this page will help all Zambian companys in Dar es Salaam, Yet what i come to realize this is TAZAMA page. Where is our beloved TAZARA, what about MOFED how many TAZARA Engine are in operation, what are the factors of TAZARA not to operate efficiently, where are our houses at TAZARA Mbeya station, what effort had been done by us to rescue TAZARA or we just left the job to Tanzania Minister Mwakyembe and we keep aside and complaining on TAZAMA private matters? How many folk lift are in operation at MOFED. Wake up gents this is the time to show our cooperation to the New MD and DOE in steed of complaining, can any one do cost comparison between the old engines and the new engines?

ZAMBIANS TAX PAYERS ARE TO PAY MORE AS TAZAMA CHANGES ENGINES
Ladies and gentlemen,It appears this project is blessed at all levels and there is no way
One can reverse the decisions. For us workers operating the engines ,we regret to remove
Our old engines because we are now forced to play around with operation’s data so as to to please
the bosses but the situation on the ground is worse. I wish to advise here that we stop complaining on the called new engines and wait for the out come.Kikula messed up and Bwana Zegge was in the same office and yet expect any change.Who knows why Kikula fought tooth and nail to remain in TAZAMA in the name of TAZAMA Board member ?every thing is under control. So let them proceeed to E/pass and and do another four engines but from our KIGAMBONI experience, that will be the end of TAZAMA PIPELINES LIMITED

TAZAMA ENGINES
Bwana Mkubwa MD, USD 35,000 for an electronic card to revive a brand new CAT engine No.3 at Kigamboni this amount can buy a brand new Toyota Vx Prado for newa appointed Tzama MD.
TSH. 13,000,000 per day just for fuel at one station out of seven (Kigamboni). You still insist the project should continue. We expected you to come up with a new idea of two Electric Motors and two Diesel engines as standby units as it was earlier advised by Israel Consultants. Be careful you are jumping into a speeding train.

THE 100 DAYS EXPECTATIONS FROM NEW M.D
CONGRATULATIONS FOR THE NEW POST.
PLEASE CAPTURE THE FOLLOWING IMMEDIATE CHALLENGES.
1. THE ENGINES PROJECT
WE KNOW THAT YOUR STAND ON THE PROJECT IS VERY BAD!!
YOU SUPPORT IT THOUGH YOU KNOW THE EFFECTS ON OUR PIPELINE.
AT KIGAMBONI LOOK AT THE NEW COST:
A) THE ENGINES ARE RUNNING ON DIESEL FULL TIME INSTEAD OF CRUDE OIL.
6000 LTS PERDAY X 2100 TSHS/LT = 13,200,000 PER DAY.
B) FILTERS AND OIL IS THE SAME FROM MANTRC
D) SPARES ARE VERY HIGH EG. COST SPENT ON ENGINE NO. 3 IS TERRIBLE!!! 35.000 USD IMAGINE!
2. THE OVER STAY OF REGIONAL MANAGER
WE REQUESTED IMMEDIATE CHANGE OF THIS MAN- THE BOSS.
TILL NOW NOTHING!!
NOW LOOK HIS PLAN:
A)HIM WITH HIS TEAM HAVE BEEN PROMISED 250,000,000 IF THE MANAGE A DEAL OF RENTING THE DAR OFFICE YARD TO MANJI
B) HIM AND HIS TEAM ARE BUSY ON THEIR OWN PROJECTS, REPORTING VERY LATE, JUST NO COOPERATION WITH TECHNICAL TEAMS ADVISES.
PLEASE M.D ELECT WORK QUICKLY BEFORE WE START A NEW WAR TO RESCUE OUR COMPANY.
THE FORUM IS TOO OPEN AND CAN SEE BEYOND HORIZON.
STOP THE RENTAL DEAL IMMEDIATELY OTHERWISE YOU WILL BE SEEN PART OF THE DEAL.
MADAM CHAIRPERSON BE AWARE OF THIS NEW DEAL ON OUR YARD AT DSM OFFICE- STOP IT SOONEST BEFORE ITS TOO LATE!!!
WE WISH A LONG LIVE TAZAMA
NEXT WEEK MORE ISSUES ARE ON PIPELINE. KEEP IN TOUCH

Kikula you should know that TAZAMA we do not want you.We know that you have got few friends and relatives including those whom you planted to inherit evils but this time they are within our range. You did more harm than good and worse of all, driving our beloved Muzelenga off road.As if it is not enough, you are bribing for a board membership and boasting yourself that you are now at a high level of decision making and that you have instructions from those who appointed you to safeguard the interest of the nation. How can a thief change all of a sudden to become a loyal citzen ? We regret that our board is now going to sit with a dirty person.
