VERY HELPFUL COMMISIONER
In my life as a Zambian, I have never met a helpful deputy high commissioner like the one Elizabeth Phiri. when I had a problem in Tanzania, she acted like a mother, helped me very well even when i was meeting her for the first time and she didnt even know me, all she knew was that i am a zambian.I felt proud that for sure, the PF government is working through this women.
May God bless you, and bless the people who appointed you.

ZAMBIANS TAX PAYERS ARE TO PAY MORE AS TAZAMA CHANGES ENGINES
Yes ! She is fired but the new comer should learn that TAZAMA management is eagerly waiting to see how weak she is going to be.Under the influence of Mr. Kikula who is always hanging around TAZAMA for cheap favours, the new chairperson is supposed to start from where the outgoing ended.
We therefore pray for her to show the way forward and stand on her own before she is manipulated by Kikula who is always playing from the background.

MADAM SECRETARY- TRY TO SEE TRUTH FROM THESE POSTS
as a matter of fact, where we are heading is very unpromising.madam secretary we are begging you to call your trusted persons surrounding you and call for the tazama budget for the last six months and then look at the budget of tazama from MAY TO DECEMBER 2015.
PLEASE DO THAT AND YOU WILL SEE OUR POINT OF FEAR.kigamboni it self after installation of new engine, consume 6 times the amount of diesel consumed by all remaining station(this is the fuel used to run our engines and not to be associated with vehicles ). maintenance cost when there is simple breakdown is too high and unbearable. and on top of everything, we were running TWO ENGINES(and other two as standby units) AT A TIME when we were on old engines. but now with newly promoted CATERPILLAR Engines, we are running THREE AT TIME AND ONE REMAINS AS STANDBY UNIT.

for us who are engineering oriented people, we thought the coming of new engine will improve the PRODUCTIVITY AND REDUCE THE OPERATING COST.but to everyone's surprise, thing are going opposite.
1.the operation cost just for one station(KIGAMBONI)is so high that we are afraid of our company existence
2. we thought the istallation of new engines will increase PRODUCTIVITY by reducing the number of units running at a time but instead we are running many units(3) at a time compared to how it was before(2).
please madam. don't listen to these bosses of ours. Try to make simple but intensive followup on the messages we are posting and i tell you, in no time you will see our point and truth behind all this saga.
if we continue doing the same mistake at ELPHONSPASS the same as we did at KIGAMBONI, I AM SURE WE ARE GOING TO HAVE A SHAMEFUL END.
never mind about these two engineers who are supporting the project. they are beneficiaries of the same and they don't care about tomorrow as long as their bellies are fully today.

ZAMBIANS TAX PAYERS ARE TO PAY MORE AS TAZAMA CHANGES ENGINES
CRITICAL MESSAGE TO MADAM BOARD CHAIRPERSON
Happy New Year Madam.
Tazama pipelines employees are coming to your office again with the following complains:
1. Engine project at Kigamboni
2. Engine project at Epass
3. Renting Daresalaam office plot to Manji
4. Sabotage on the pipeline life span
Please do the quick vist or call up your team to make follow up on the matters mentioned so that you rescue the pipeline before it sinks in the deep sea.
ENGINE PROJECT AT KIGAMBONI
The cost of running the new engines at Kigamboni has gone 6 times higher than combination of the rest of station from Morogoro to Kalonje. This forum was rebuked when it raised alarm on June 2013. But the truth has come out on the new year budget which has revealed black and white facts.
ENGINE PROJECT AT EPASS
The project which is about to start has created a fear to all employees except two Engineers who are the beneficiary of this evil project, them defend the the project regardless of the bad facts associated. Ask our RM as at now! He will tell you the truth. With great surprise our Engineers attached to the project are busy defending the loss making project for their personal gain against the Company interest in simple word they are BETRAYERS!!!
RENTING OF DSM OFFICE PLOT
As we told you long time the new Management has inherited corrupt residue from the KIKULA, one senior person is his best ally. So the on going wish of renting the plot has a promise of 250,000,000/= from Manji as one time this forum told the public. This week they are sitting on the pretended tender as just a formality. Behind the curtain the deal is ready long time. Please Madam see this very closely!!!!
SABOTAGE ON THE PIPELINE LIFE SPAN
Madam this is very sad information to be told! What is happening in the Company Management is sad, sad, sad!!!! The corrosion protection stations for the pipeline are not taken to the serious attention by Management in both TANZANIA and Zambia, some stations have been out of service for more than 3 years, the cost required for the revival is too small less than 15 million while the loss of they cause go more than 200 million at the same time!!! . The bosses are busy on their interested issues like renting plots where they expect a ct as mentioned!!!
THE MESSAGE
PLEASE MADAM ACT ON THE MATTERS ABOVE, STOP THIS RENTING ISSUE,REVIEW THE ENGINE PROJECT AND ALL OTHER MATTERS

ZAMBIANS TAX PAYERS ARE TO PAY MORE AS TAZAMA CHANGES ENGINES
The costs of running the four caterpillar engines at kigamboni Station are becoming unbearable. For those who supported this funny project in the early beginning without knowing exactly what they were supporting, now they have realized that it is a burden to the company.

Now,We urge all in the decision making level to sit down and re-think about this project before it is too late.
