TAZAMA MANAGEMENT IS GOING ON THE LOST PATH LIKE TAZARA
You know the reasons of delaying repairs?
1. they want the pipeline go bad so that tey can get commission when they order new pipes for replacement.
like now 35 containers of pipes have been oredered imagine the 10 percent!! so is a deliberate technical delay mabudala
2. When pipeline go on shutdown OMCS are paying some money for refined product delivery tenders!! another room for evil Management like of THaewte.
Ambassador please we ask for your help on this matters.

TAZAMA MANAGEMENT IS GOING ON THE LOST PATH LIKE TAZARA
Happy new year 2017.
The embassy in Dar,Ministers of energy sectors in Tanzania and Zambia, and the Board of Directors.
Is with great disappointment to write to you on the public page, but we have no option for quick recovery on what is going on before its too late.
Remember the recent visit of Edgar Lungu the president of Zambia. Followed by Ministers of energy along the pipeline.
The main frame put on by he leaders is now put in water by Tazama management under Thawethe.
1.0 The pipeline is not well handled by his management, no funds for maintenance teams since December 2016, workers on technical travel repairs and maintenance are not paid since last year.
2.0 Protection against corrossion on the pipeline in some places not working example Songwe in Mbeya trasfoma bought 4 years ago but not installed todate.
3.0 Chinsali engine project is anothr mess coming soon, bilions of kwacha invested but the outcome is doubted.
3.0 Employees are now to pay for rest house charges when sleeping in the stations especially if you travel to Zambia or Tanzania on duty.
4.0 Some benefits like Bonus being paid by segregating some employees.Union group get and non union dont get!!! is the first since the company was established.

Please this MD is going to put the Company in a big mess,
As usual take immediate remedial measures before things go worse.
This page is useful for safeguarding Tazama matters.

TAZAMA PIPELINES CAN NOT SURVIVE WITHOUT CHACHA
One Mr.Nestor Tamina raised the issue of corruption
at Tunduma border involving Tazama bosses, government
officials in Tanzania and Zambia,TRA and ZRA as well. The man who was mentioned to facilitate all these retired last year. That was after extension of suspicious contracts.
This year ,TAZAMA has put him in another suspicious contract and we do not know for whose interest.

READ BELOW AN EXTRACT FROM THIS FORUM OF 25-DEC 2013

ZAMBIANS TAX PAYERS ARE TO PAY MORE AS TAZAMA CHANGES ENGINES
True ,the guys are thieves. In fact the initial plan was to hand over the company to relatives and friends of the two top bosses,MD and DOE.But it is even worse to see those relative and friends doing the same evils before taking up the offices. They don't follow company procedures and can misuse company properties without any fear. The government of zambia needs special eyes to deal with TAZAMA because the guys are tricky and corrupt. You can imagine one guy supposed to retire two years ago in Mbeya is kept on contract by the two bosses just to clear their personnal effects at tunduma border.TRA and ZRA officials are in TAZAMA payroll. All past board members and even some ministers especially on zambia side can not deny this because they have benefited from such notorious deals downplayed by TAZAMA bosses.I THINK IT IS HIGH TIME NOT ONLY TO REMOVE THEM BUT TO OVERHAUL THE COMPANY.
