ZAMBIANS TAX PAYERS ARE TO PAY MORE AS TAZAMA CHANGES ENGINES
ENGINE NO.3 AT KIGAMBONI STATION

This is the third week engine no. 3 at Kigamboni station in Dar es salaam is grounded. This is one out of four controversial new caterpillar engines bought by Kikula. We do not know how this is issue is reported by the Regional management because the remaining three engines are operational 24/7.For that matter, there is no standby engine and in case another one goes down, The pipeline will shutdown because pumping from Kigamboni is possible with three new engines.
Once again, we put forward our appeal to the board to look seriously in to this matter. We want TAZAMA to perform !
The key players in the caterpillar engines deal have gone but TAZAMA is here to survive.Other players in the deal who have remained should not be allowed to repeat the same mistakes and the forum is here to monitor each and everything you are doing because everybody knows that you are not clean.

LONG LIVE TAZAMA.

We thank to the new board chairman for the action you have taken to clear the sultaniate,Tazama management. However you have retained some few bad element on the Tanzanian region.Mr.Abraham Saunyama and Chacha.Mr,Saunyama has overstayed in Tanzania,he is even giving tenders to supply perfumes and flowers to his girl friend ZEBRIN from iringa. We are tired with him,let another capable Zambian region manager come to manage the region.

ZAMBIANS TAX PAYERS ARE TO PAY MORE AS TAZAMA CHANGES ENGINES
We have heard a lot on this forum about TAZAMA senior management which was obviously corrupt and behaved on its own way.In a nut shell,Mr. Chacha was kept in Mbeya strategically even after his service with the company expired. You should keep in mind that not only TAZAMA bosses who benefited but there are other high profile officials in business outside TAZAMA who gained more.Mr.Chacha is used to clear goods across in the name of TAZAMA but the exact destination in Zambia remained in brackets.
It is high time for our governments to look into this matter seriously and establish what is transpiring other wise the security of the entire region is in jeopardy.
The regional manager in Tanzania Mr. Abraham Saunyama is the one who facilitates the movements by the instructions of the bosses at Ndola head office and Mr. Chacha in Mbeya is the one to ensure smooth cross over.
Let the government act before it is too late. The security of our countries and the entire region is more important than the incapacitated new caterpillar engines in Dar es salaam

The support is greatly appreciated.
The task has remained to the Board chairperson to clear the corrupt residue left by the old Management.
It should be reminded that the puppets of the old corrupt management are now the critical enemies in the pipeline operation, as pointed out several times that Regional Manager in Tanzania, the Station supervisor at Mbeya are going to cause serious damage to the Company if no steps taken soon.
As reported that Regional Manager blessed the un-defined, non supported contract of Mr. Chacha whose duties are not that much special other than corrupt deals at the Border. The said Manager is now business man with the friend who are favoered in different tenders eg BROWM and his concubine ZEbrin.
Company money is used to keep the Mama in Dar for no good reasons just corrupt decisions.
Please Board chairperson act immediately on this matters to rescue the Company before its too late.
UNION leaders where are you to let things g like this!!!!

ZAMBIANS TAX PAYERS ARE TO PAY MORE AS TAZAMA CHANGES ENGINES
GREETINGS ON THE TAZAMA NEW YEAR.
THE FORUM IS ON AGAIN TO HAVE YOU UPDATED ON WHATS GOING ON AFTER THE THREE BOSSES LEFT THE COMPANY OFFICIALLY.
THE MESSAGE IS IN TWO CATEGORY:
1. TO THE EMPLOYEES:
a)Is a great pleasure to start the new year in Good health and pumping crude oil to our Zambian sub-region, we argue you all to work hard with full commitment.
b)The puppets of old management should join the new era with changed minds on work first the time for reporting rumours for favors has gone is only work will value your stay in Tazama.
c) Let us unite to recover our employment rights which were suppressed and omitted in our empolyment bills by the gone evil Management under KIKULA.
d) Company properties should be looked well by all employees to have the Company make good profit.
2. TO THE BOARD CHAIRPERSON AND MEMBERS
As you are aware on the corrupted projects on engines which carried the theme of this Forum, please we ask you Madam to look more on the following:
a) Management on Tanzanian region:
The present Regional Manager has over stayed in the region being a result of corrupt benefit on the past MD and DOE. 11 years in the Region is too long which has resulted to the manager to be like a citizen, engaging himself in business to Company using his friends Companies eg Mr.BROWN, also a lady who is from IRINGA who has been given a dubious tasks in Company by the name of Zebrin.
Please Madam Ps do simple enquiry on this you will get more and terrible stories and losses they are causing to the Company.
b)Engines at Kigamboni.
As we have been telling long on this matter, the performance of the engines are not well yet, cost on spares and other utilities are even going worse.
c) New engines at E?pass.
We ask you to stop installing the engine thre, more and more problems will cause the total shutdown of the pipeline. Take them to Kalonje or Chinsali in Zambiaan region.
d) Please Madam we would like to ask you to meet and address employees at all stations and the H/o

The new year is with new morale please keep it up mama.We are n full support we promise you good work if you act on our information.
KEEP TAZAMA TO NEXT 40 years!

TAZAMA MD position
Please take note that the chikwanda you are referring to who lives in South Africa and writes an energy column in the zambian tabloid did not attend any interviews for the above position neither was he called for the interviews. We are also aware of the scheme that he attended the interviews and failed. We know who is behind this and who are playing this game to push the agenda for your preferred candidate. Everything is in the open. Don't slander innocent people. The person you are referring to is busy with his PhD studies in energy economics and gets USD 25,000 per month from energy giant Sasol which Tazama cannot even offer.
