ZAMBIANS TAX PAYERS ARE TO PAY MORE AS TAZAMA CHANGES ENGINES
APPOINTMENT TO THE BOARD
What is in board membership to bribe as claimed ? If it is true, then the appointment of Kikula to the board is nothing but sentencing TAZAMA to life torture. Was the man realy prepared to leave TAZAMA? How is he going to recover the money ? Is TAZAMA going to re-pay in kind ?
I am also asking myself what institution is he going to represent and him is not a member of parliament neither. Now we are back pedaling instead of propelling forward.

REST IN PEACE OUR BELOVED TAZAMA PIPELINES..........BE WARE ZAMBIANS
Somethings can be left to pass..
somethings can be painfully withstood.....
some people can be forgiven.......
some actions can be forgotten.....
but it will be sinful to forgive MIJEY KIKULA, LARGEMAN MUZELENGA and TT TEMBO.This EVIL TRINITY has brought our company to the position where our future is unpredictable.
To be frank( even god knows certainly).. if Zambian government do not take action immediately, we are on a clear position to loose this company for good.
what is said and written about CATERPILLAR ENGINES is 100% correct. MUZELENGA,KIKULA AND TT TEMBO knows exactly what they deed and how much the earned. But bringing back KIKULA through dirty path!!!! is something unacceptable. The man is back with special mission, and if this mission is accomplished it will disaster to TAZAMA as a company, tazama employees and the entire Zambian tax payers.
the biggest and loudest question comes.....
why should every one suffer KIKULA's hand???
is it not enough for what he did to TAZAMA whe he was a DOE???
MY CRY GOES STRAIGHT TO THE PEOPLE OF ZAMBIA AND THE ZAMBIAN GOVERNMENT....
YOU HAVE TO STOP THIS VAMPIRE BEFORE HE SUCKS EVERY DROP OF YOUR BLOOD.. IF YOU LET HIM CARRY HIS MISSION AND ACCOMPLISH IT, YOU WILL NEVER TELL US THAT WE DIDN'T WARN YOU.. goodbye TAZAMA..RIP

ZAMBIANS TAX PAYERS ARE TO PAY MORE AS TAZAMA CHANGES ENGINES
The former DOE Mr.KIKULA controversial appointment.
This time the the newly appointed board member is with no doubt has paid Us $100,000 to get the new position as board member to Mr. Maswi the p/s and Prof.Muhongo from the Energy ministry in Tanzania.
Very close sources have revealed the facts with no doubt.
The main aim for paying the come back are:
1. To defend their poor decisions on the engine projects
2.To make sure the Board chairman is removed from the Ministry
3. To make sure the relatives and friends acquire defensive positions in order to hide the uncovered facts by this forum
4. To introduce his private company to do projects in the pipeline
The Warning:
Please let him explain which institution does he represent?
The appointment is by paying the amount stated.
The general public must be very careful and mostly the board chairperson and others.
Just simple ask:
How is it possible in normal cases a man with all the fugitive projects be appointed in less than a month after his retirement from the same Company??
Zambians watch out, this is going to be the final bullet if you don't protest.
Pipeline is killed again!!!
madam chairperson and other members from Zambia the task is in your hands.
Goodbye Tazama.
RIP

zambian tax payers are to pay more as Tazama changes engines
Let us be patient for E3 to be repaired, let us not be emmotional...machines breakdown at times, even the fiat engines do breakdown sometimes.Let us sobber up and stop blowing the trumpet to the outside world...let us grow up and handle our problems in a mature manner.

Repair on the controversial caterpillar engine at kigamboni station has started using unprofessional
approach .The approach of randomly implicating some employees to associate themselves with the writings on this forum is unacceptable. Instead of going technical , the regional management is organizing committee to discuss materials on this forum with the aim of identifying the writers. Poor regional management has lost its direction completely and we are now surviving by the grace of God.
As we cannot talk of the regional manager who is not technical, the regional engineer is now a burden to our region. On this years’ events alone, he has exposed himself to lack leadership quality and technical capability. The man is either tired or not interested in his work anymore.
We strongly advise our management not to go with this approach for solving problem of engine no.3 (E3).We want to see the engine repaired and not politicizing the issue. After all , the owner of the engine Mr. Kikula is back to TAZAMA but this time through the ‘window’ and instructions have been issued to treat him with extra care.

ENGINE NO. 3 , KIGAMBONI STATION
1) What is the so called expert engineer doing if he can not solve problems. The guy is kept there doing nothing and yet he is paid usd 1500 per day.
2)What can we say about TAZAMA engineers who were trained in Egypt and Germany and fully participated in installation of the new machines.Where is the problem ?
The regional management is busy with non-issues and keep silent on this serious problem.Head office seems not to bother for the reasons best known to themselves.
It appears this project was not researched well.Kikula and Muzelenga achieved what they achieved .They forgot the nation and worked for themselves.Let us not talk about them because we can not recover anything.
Now,if we are not capable of running the new caterpillar machines,we can opt to go back to our Fiat engines or rather motorising two units at each station parallel with two existing units.

ENGINE NO. 3 , KIGAMBONI STATION
The new caterpillar engine No.3 at kigamboni station is up to now grounded. We have been doing
with three engines for over one month and efforts to revive this machine seems to fail and there has been no word from the directorate of operations and engineering as to what will happen if another machine out of the remaining three breaks down.
We do not know exactly what is going on because the contractor’ Mantrac’ and all engineers are here
but it appears there is something behind these brand new machines. It is now difficult to predict our future because there will be no TAZAMA minus pumping crude oil. This timewe are talking of one station only but with this trend,we do not know what will happen after replacing E/pass station with the same engines.
Obviously ,Kikula and Muzelenga had their own interest on the caterpillar engine deal but the guys are no longer with us.Some where on this forum it was said that the ‘duo’ will leave serious problems behind and here we are now.
Once again, our board is advised to look in to this issue of new caterpillar engines seriously if there is a good will to see TAZAMA going forward.

FLOODS AT TAZAMA REGIONAL OFFICE DAR ES SALAAM
We support what Biko has said, we didn't expect the Management to remain completely silent after such a tragedy. The first incident happened in the last week of March 2014. We cautioned the regional manager that there were some more rain coming according to Meteorology department but he personally denied totally. He and his team are not patriotic and has proved failure. This man is busy with other issues and not work. He reports late at work around 1100 and leaves earlier daily. He has been busy for the past 12 years employing unqualified church members. The oil Installation at Tank farm is running without any protection against fire but he don't care. He has registered business companies run by locals and he is fighting for awarding them sales and service contracts. To prove this just check all companies involved in refurbishment of Management guest house. It is the same companies doing everything in Tazama

FLOODS AT TAZAMA REGIONAL OFFICE DAR ES SALAAM
Friday 12th. Saturday 13th and Sunday 14th of this Month Tazama regional office was completely submerged in water causing total loss of Chinese made furnitures, documents, computers, spares etc. To my surprise no any member of regional management appeared to witness. On Monday 15 the Regional Manager reported at work at around 11.00 A.M but Chief Engineer didn't. He decided to shift his secretary and fellow managers to Management guest house at Masaki area. He left behind the rest of employees behind without even informing them. These orphans are busy trying to rescue company properties while he is just enjoying sea breeze. He has proved failure let him go back to Zambia.

QUOTED :

"The new engines are not performing well yet. we are sure they want to go on to another station soon. Please we ask the Board to stop this process, the reason being that we are told the next station is very fragile!!!!! if these new engines are installed there sure this will be end of PIPELINE.Board members ask the Management to explain how we can do with the present problems at Kigamboni if they insist to instal at the next station".
