ULTIMATUM TO TAZAMA MD
We have been fair enough to this ever incompetent management. The company is at stand still and no body can tell exactly what is happening. You have decided to pay bonus full amount to one group and leave the non unionized as if we have not worked.
By this ultimatum, you have no choice but you must pay the non unionized full amount bonus i.e 100% before 30.04 2017.Failure to pay,not only you will regret but the whole nation. The arrogance which you have shown when dealing with other serious company issues
will no longer be tolerated on this matter.
Evil thinking, I know people behind this is the people on the middle management, but take not go on you tube or on Zambian parliamentary public account committee on Tazama and listen. Stop telling lies, if you don't know keep quite. Even President Magufuli and President Edgar Language want profitable maximisation. Wait for few years you will see where management wants to take you and you will start appreciating.
The main problem is that we have playboys leading the company. They do not have any vision.
Thank you guys who are serious informality and good wishers for the Tazama future.
we have tried to dig some issues after the posted matters, the embassy, the Ministries and Board of Directors are supposed to quickly act on the following scandal very recently online as we post this for the public to know.
CHINSALI LEAKS:
The Management, that is MD,DOE RM(T) have formed a plan to divert the Company revenue to their pockets.
What?
1.0 They have bought a a house at CHINSALI for the purpose of accommodating the MANTRAC contractors who are about to start the installation of the engines at CHINSALI.
2.0 The house will get rental from the contractors instead of being paid to the Company house at station.
the Value of the house is close to US $40,000 before renovation.
The rent expected is US $45 x 6 persons per day for 18 months of the expected contract duratio which is equal to
US $45x6x18 monthsx30 days = US $ 145,800
This amount of money was supposed to be paid to Tazama accomodation at Chinsali by the contractors.
3.0 Even the delay to commence the project was intentionally done to wait completion of the house mission, this engine project was supposed to start early march but pushed to April for that reason.
4.0 Imagine the MD,DOE and the allies doing tapping of Company revenue to their POCKETS!!! What kind of leadrship is this in TAZAMA?? thats the reason of asking our Governments to take immediate remedy otherwise balme no body when Tazama reaches a plunge of Tazara.
5.0 We still complain on the divide and rule tactics practiced by this Management, the PAY some remuneration to few employees by pretending that they have been instructed by the Board of Directors!! we dont think a Board member like Mzee KIKULA who was in TAZAMA can accept this grouping of segregating payments!!!
On the same page we ask the Embassy to consult and ask Mzee KIKULA if they really blessed this arrangement and let the Management know bad effects are coming,They will see and regret.
Long live Tazama
It is unfortunate that our top management is not serious on many issues. The transformer was bought 4 years ago by the same people and it was just kept there while our pipeline is rotting.Even if you pay the contractor now to do the job,the damage you have already caused can not be compared to the new pipes which you buy.Of course you will get your 10 percent but what about the life of our pipeline ?
