I have Permanent Residence of Canada and just now i am in Dubai
i want travel to my city Vancouver and i want go with Emirates Air line but Emirates don't have fly to Vancouver only near city available is Seattle so how i can apply for United state visa only for travel with Emirate Air line? via Seattle to Vancouver.
