I live in Canada dwell citizen. Can't get passport. I JUST WANNA GO HOME!!! Anyone tjat give advice?

a concern
my concern as a Canadian citizen is that there appears to be some ex US army personnel in rural Alberta and other Canadian and Alberta locations who have taken on some kind of "biker" identity, who are making a nuisance of themselves. i believe they may make false id papers, and they do not respect Canadian law or the Canadian people, or the Canadian "way of life" such as it is. my guess is they may try illegal means of making money such as running prostitutes, (recruiting them by the thousands through the abortion clinics), selling drugs, and ruuning preteen web chat 'services'. they try and make it seem as if they are one phone call away from contacting the American Army and having an atomic bomb dropped on Canada and i think they may have a lot of Canadian people intimidated into unusual, unhealthy and i would suggest maybe a bit unnatural types of behaviour

IS any time period i have to wait if i am refused from entering into state while there is no such restriction on my passport canadian citizen since 1998 .Did made couple of trip even one time refuse in 1997 but refused again this month help me to figure out if i like to make a trip legally thank you.
