Refusal of a non-inmigrant visa
A non-immigrant visa was denied to a member of my family. She does not have an employment in Colombia and consequently no own resources but she is attached to her daughter and granddaughter. I thought another member of the family could be a guarantor regarding any financial support for her during the 12 days she would have stayed and attended the wedding ceremony of her brother. A letter was sent to certify my engagement and all possible documents to justify my sincere request and prove my good faith. The denial, is it because she does not have personal incomes? Thank you.
