My sister who is a survivor of Avianca plane crash in 1990. She used to have a Turist visa for the last 20 years. She was in deniel to renew her visa for staying in the US until the last day of her permission. She needs to come to THE US to have her annual doctors check up due to injuries during the accident. My bother's residency has been approved, which it would be available in 2 or 3 years. How can my brother come and visit for few days meanwhile? Can at least have a transit visa so we can celebrate his 25th anniversary on a cruise with his wife? Unfortunately all the cruises we want to take, leave from the US. I have both nationalities...American and Colombian. My American passport is valid, I don´t require a visa because I also am Colombian but my Colombian passport is expired. Can I travel to Panama????
