Mr. Ambassador yesterday I sent a message by Facebook making you knowing that I need your help. My husband Dean and I are American citizens and wanted to help Lila Giovanna Rojas in Lima-Gorgor because she has no job and has some rural land access is very expensive and difficult to get to her property. For this reason, we send her a car of the year 2007. The Customs have confiscated it and ask that it has to be a Senator, Congressman or an Ambassador that they can deliver the car to Lila Giovanna Rojas. Meanwhile the donation we made her to get it will lose. For this reason I ask you to answer me if it is possible that you can do this, please. A poor woman who needs the indispensable for progress are not allowed it.
Yours
Dean & Erlinda
